Scott was born in Ely, Minnesota and raised on football and 50 below zero temps. He bleeds purple and occasionally (usually) during drafts allows his homerism to take over in the later rounds.

Scott started playing Fantasy Football in 1992 when leagues were touchdown only and you had to look up your scoring in the newspaper the next morning. Those were the days.

The game has changed, but the fun still remains. Now he spends hours online pouring over fantasy football related crap year round. He has recently cut back his online time considerably to travel and smell the roses, but there still is no offseason for him. He had worked for and written for fantasy football websites for five years before creating Fantasy Football Oasis with friends.

Gary Davenport

Favorite Team: Cleveland Browns
Experience: 5 Years

Bio:
Gary Davenport's life changed in 2004 when he was thrust into a conflict of cosmic scope, a contest upon which the very fate of the universe rested. Gary discovered fantasy football.

He now roams the internet as Kilroy, using his Krystal Ball to peer into the future of all things IDP and (with the help of his trusty sidekick JoJo the Wonder Chicken) battling the forces of darkness led by "The Modell".

When not at war with evil (and trust me, The Modell is pure evil) Gary was a contributing writer, editor, moderator, and podcaster at a Fantasy Football website and message board before joining the staff at Fantasy Football Oasis as Head Writer in 2009.

Favorite Team: Minnesota Vikings
Experience: 10 Years

Bio:
Born and raised in Minnesota, he bleeds purple and gold. In fact, he locked himself in his dorm room for three days after watching the Vikings lose to Atlanta in the 1999 NFC Championship Game while attending Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design with a triple minor in Computer Science, Beer Consumption and Freshman Girls. He is also a very proud member of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, and loves acting like he is still in college when the occasion presents itself.

For the about the past four years he designed websites for the Real Estate Industry until that market collapsed this past year. This opened the door for this FantasyFootballOasis.com endeavor with his good friend Scott Fish and these other fine football fans from across the U.S. Matt has 10 Years experience in playing fantasy football, and happily took the league title in Scott's league this year, and plans to repeat next season with the help of his keepers Drew Brees, DeAngelo Williams, Steven Jackson and Calvin Johnson.

Matt also gets his kicks (and some cash) from being a studio art painter, who does modern pop art with a very sensual twist to it. Feel free to check out his website at www.matthewfitzke.com.

There, I'm done typing in the third person, I'm not as arrogant as T.O.

Hometown: Cleveland, OH
Favorite Team: Cleveland Browns
Experience: 8 years
Bio:
A Cleveland, Ohio native, Michael received a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism in 2002, and a juris doctor in 2005. He currently works as an attorney dealing in labor law, but mainly uses his office computer for looking up end zone targets. Michael is an avid fan of the Buckeyes, Golden Flashes, Indians and Browns, and still drinks the orange Kool-Aid even though the Browns avoid the goal line like an unknown white powdery substance. He and his wife currently reside just north of the Pro Football Hall of Fame with their two dogs.

Michael has worked as a moderator, writer and editor for fantasy football websites since 2005 and still can’t believe he gets paid to do this. He has also podcasted for and managed a fantasy football podcast station. Currently, he manages the podcasting for and podcasts here at the Oasis (at least until you get sick of his voice).

Michael has also participated as a league member of HAFAX expert league, and helped take the team (along with co-managers Nick Hopkins and Steve Wray) to the 2008 League Championship. He also has participated in many expert mock drafts, including the mock draft published in the 2007 Beckett Draft Guide magazine (published by Rotoworld.com). Let’s just say they use the term “expert” loosely.

Bio:
A Tampa, Florida native, Adam received a bachelor’s degree in Criminology in 2005 from the University of Florida and a juris doctor in 2008. He is a die hard fan of the Gators, Bucs, Lightning, Rays and has a man crush on Tim Tebow. One of his long time dreams came true on January 17, 2009 when the Bucs finally fired Jon Gruden.

Adam’s true sports passion lies in college football and the NFL draft. Growing up in SEC country, Saturday has always been reserved for college football. During college football season he watches around 15 college football games a week, breaking out his DVR to tape games he can’t watch live. His wife often jokes that he has never found a game he wouldn’t watch, but after watching Rutgers play Army last year, he realized it isn’t a joke.

Adam has played fantasy football since 2000 when a friend introduced him to the world of fantasy sports. He currently plays in 6 football leagues ranging from re-draft to a dynasty IDP league. His longest running league is keeper league with friends that will be entering its 5th year this season. Every year he claims he is cutting down the number of leagues he will participate in, but always ends up adding a league or five.

Bio:
Eric Wosick had the misfortune of being born a Los Angeles Rams fan in the early 1980's. After more than a decade of suffering with only Flipper Anderson and Jerome Bettis to root for, both local NFL franchises left his hometown and created a giant void in both the city of Los Angeles and in Eric ever since.

He attempted to fill that NFL void by turning to fantasy football - eagerly tagging along to fantasy drafts as a child where the adults picked players off a dry erase board and combed through newspapers to keep track of stats.

When he was old enough to play for himself, Eric dove headfirst into the realm of fantasy football and still hasn't looked back after more than a decade of entertainment, frustration, and exultation.

FF accompanied him through the process of getting his Bachelor's Degree at UCLA and still often distracts him to this day as he pursues his Master's Degree, works in law enforcement, and handles both Red Flag Review and Pigskin Paparazzi duties for the all-powerful Oasis.
